This July, I'm celebrating two milestones: the birth of our nation and the tenth anniversary of my journey as a published author.

Ten years ago, I signed my first publishing contract for Blue Mountain Sky. I had no idea where that one "yes" would lead but what an incredible adventure it has been.

Now, in 2026, I've published my 26th book, SleepDust & StarLight. Along the way, God has blessed both my writing and my book sales with wonderful readers like you.

It's been a joy to explore so many genres—from Romantic Suspense and Mysteries to Children's books, Fantasy, and Science Fiction. My book Dad on the Run (co-written with my daughter Christa Brogan) held the #1 Bestseller spot on Amazon for five days! Learning that had happened was a truly humbling moment.

SleepDust & StarLight marks my first venture into Romantasy. I've loved every minute of writing it, and rewriting it per my daughter’s editing and instructions. If you've read it, or if you read it, I'd truly love to hear your thoughts.
